MicroAire Aesthetics

PAL® by MicroAire - An innovative solution to the standard Liposuction procedure.

INFILTRATION SYSTEM

The PAL® Infiltration Pump integrates with the PAL® System to activate the peristaltic pump from the PAL-650 Handpiece. Custom electronic controls ensure consistent flow at low speeds and a cooling fan prevents overheating of the motor from heavy use. PAL® Infiltration Tubing eliminates obstructions with a large-bore design and smooth connections.

POWER-ASSISTED LIPOSUCTION

PAL® is the most widely used and preferred alternative to manual liposuction.1

  • Proven Cell Viability 2,3,4

  • Less Bruising and Swelling 5

  • Reduced Surgeon Fatigue 5

  • Faster Procedure and Patient Recovery 5

CANNULAS

Small variations in the number of ports, as well as their size and location on the cannula, can have a significant impact on performance and outcomes. MicroAire has developed several port configurations based on clinical studies and surgeon feedback.

Extraction – Popular for debulking and body contouring.

Harvesting – Well-suited for consistent fat grafting lobules.

Specialty – PAL® reciprocation provides cannulas uses that go beyond liposuction.

High Definition (HD) – Ideal for sculpting the superficial fat layer.

FAT PROCESSING SYSTEM

The LipoFilter® uses a gravity-decanting system to separate fluids from adipose tissue. Live fat cells behave much like floating balloons that rise naturally and quickly to the top; while the damaged, emulsified cells behave like leaking balloons that remain trapped in the solution for a longer time and rise slowly, if at all.

  • Three-liter fat harvesting and separation system

  • Large-volume decanting and washing

  • No centrifuge needed

  • Works with any lipo system

  • Sterile-packed, single-use

LIPOTOWER®

The LipoTower is a UL-listed surgical cart designed to be used for tumescent liposuction.

The device features quiet, yet powerful, dual pumps for aspiration and a peristaltic infiltration pump with an adjustable flow rate. A rear-mounted I.V. pole holds tumescent solution bags and the centrally located canister rack can accommodate up to four canisters.

The control panel features a touchscreen interface that displays vacuum pressure at eye level for easier visibility. The on|off function of the vacuum can be controlled by a foot pedal or (when paired with a PAL® System) controlled by the throttle switch of the PAL handpiece.

ENDOTINE® BIOABSORBABLE IMPLANTS

Designed for Simplicity & Predictability

Endotine is used in a variety of facial procedures, including brow lifts, midface lifts, face lifts and neck lifts. The versatile design can be applied in both endoscopic and open techniques.

Endotine is a patented system for anchoring soft tissue during aesthetic surgery using small, bioabsorbable tines to reduce the tissue strain associated with sutures. This unique system allows surgeons to readjust tissue fixation and location during surgery, resulting in optimal aesthetic outcomes.

Endotine implants provide reliable fixation throughout the post-operative healing period and eventually absorbs as biological fixation takes over.
